Neal McNamera
Neal retired as a partner from Nixon Peabody in early 2025, capping off a career that included spending 20 years of work in Rhode Island employment law. He brings a passion for the promotion of alternative dispute resolution in our community, with an emphasis on mediation. Reflecting on The Center, Neal says, “I participated in dozens of mediations during my employment practice and found that it was the best way to resolve disputes.”
