Stacy Entel

Stacy is in her sixth season of farming in New England. She currently grows organic vegetables just over the state line at Heart Beets Farm in Berkley, Massachusetts. She is passionate about regenerative agriculture and ensuring equitable access to local produce. Prior to her work as a farmer, Stacy earned her B.A. from Tufts University, and then taught elementary school and worked especially with English Language Learners. When she isn’t farming, she loves to hike, bake, and play music with her loved ones. She is happiest with a book in her hand and a cat in her lap.  “
