Debra Gold

Debra is a retired global talent development executive with more than 30 years experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations communicate more effectively, navigate conflict, and achieve meaningful results. Most recently, she served as Director of Global Talent Development for international gaming company IGT, where she led worldwide leadership and professional development initiatives. Throughout her career, Debra worked with organizations including IBM, Bose Corporation, Microsoft, Google, and IGT, specializing in executive development, communication, negotiation, organizational effectiveness, and leadership growth across diverse cultures and business environments.

A former arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau in Boston, Debra brings a thoughtful, practical, and collaborative approach to mediation. She has extensive experience using leadership and personality assessment tools, including Hogan, DiSC, and Myers-Briggs to help individuals and teams better understand themselves and one another. Drawing on decades of experience working with leaders at all levels, Debra believes that durable solutions emerge when people feel heard, respected, and engaged in the process. 

She currently serves as Chair of the Board of East Greenwich News and President of her condominium association. Debra attended Syracuse University and lives in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, where she performs as a vocalist with local blues bands.
