You can get help with conflicts within your business related to hybrid or remote work environments, personality differences, or lack of effective communication. Additionally, we mediate conflicts between your office and another firm or between you and a client.
Mediation helps employers and employees come to resolutions for a fraction of the cost of a litigated settlement. We partner with human resources departments to develop systems and conduct training on conflict management and communication in the workplace. Our trained mediators support employers who are working on ways to create a cooperative workplace environment. Finally, Center mediators are trained to assist in the creation of business succession plans to smooth transitions between small business owners.
