Laura Bottaro, Esq. is an attorney and neutral at the Law Offices of Laura Bottaro, LLC. Her practice emphasizes commercial, construction, and insurance coverage litigation. Having advocated for both plaintiffs and defendants, Laura is now pursuing her true passion as a neutral arbitrator and mediator with the Center for Mediation, American Arbitration Association, Fair Claims, and Rhode Island Superior Court. She is a pro bono mediator in the Center’s Rhode Island court program. She has arbitrated 400+ cases to award and mediated 75+ cases to resolution. Laura serves as President of the Board of the Center for Mediation. She is also passionate about the outdoors, spending her free time trail running and mountain biking. She has served on the boards of Save the Bay and the Wood Pawcatuck Watershed Association and is a member of the Legislative Commission to Study the RI Water Resources Board and Water Supply. Laura graduated with a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law and a B.A. with honors from Northwestern University.
